The “Chauffeur Pro” brand, the website, the application, their structure and content (other than content published by drivers) are protected by intellectual-property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited.
Each driver retains ownership of the content they publish on their profile (name, photo, text) and grants the publisher the licence needed to display it on the service.
Liability
The publisher strives to keep the service accurate and available, without warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Profiles published by drivers are their sole responsibility.
