Terms of use

1. Purpose

Chauffeur Pro is the tool that helps independent VTC and taxi drivers turn passengers into direct clients (a professional online profile, a business card, and a QR sticker). The service is intended for professional drivers (taxi, VTC).

2. Account

Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address. You are responsible for keeping your account access confidential and for all activity under it. The service is reserved for people acting in a professional capacity.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• publish unlawful, misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights;
• impersonate anyone or publish contact details that are not yours;
• attempt to bypass security measures, access other drivers’ data, or disrupt the service;
• use the service for anything other than the professional purpose of connecting directly with passengers.

4. Driver content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (profile, photo, text) and warrant that you hold the necessary rights. You grant the publisher the non-exclusive licence needed to host and display it on your public site while it is published.

5. Publishing your site

Publishing requires at least a name and one contact method, plus an active subscription (see the Terms of Sale). A published site is unlisted (noindex) and reachable only via a non-guessable address. You can unpublish at any time. Losing the subscription suspends public serving without deleting your data.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. The publisher does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance or improvement.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. The publisher may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Contact: hello@chauffeur-pro.com.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of the publisher’s registered seat.
