Terms of sale

These terms of sale govern the paid Chauffeur Pro subscription, taken out by professionals (taxi/VTC drivers) from Nicolas Meuzard. Subscribing constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1. Service and plans
The subscription unlocks publishing of the driver’s site and related features. Two plans are offered:
- €9.90 / month
- €99 / year
- $9.99 / month (non-euro markets)
VAT not applicable — article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (VAT-exempt small-business scheme).
2. Free trial
The subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the paid subscription starts automatically. The free trial is available once per driver.
3. Payment
Payment is made by card via our provider Stripe, as a recurring charge (monthly or yearly depending on the plan). No card data is stored by the publisher. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended.
4. Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time from the customer portal (Stripe) available in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no further renewal. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded, unless a mandatory legal provision requires otherwise.
5. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is taken out by professionals for the needs of their business, the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. The free trial nonetheless lets you evaluate the service before any payment.
6. Referral
The referral programme may grant one free month of subscription to each party when a referred driver becomes an active subscriber. This benefit takes the form of a credit applied to billing and gives rise to no cash payment.
7. Liability
The publisher is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability, if established, is limited to the amounts paid by the driver for the subscription over the last twelve months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the competent courts of the publisher’s registered seat. Contact: hello@chauffeur-pro.com.
